Cancellation Policy

• Notice of Cancellation must be sent to the hotel in writing (email or fax)

• Reservations cancelled up to 10 days prior to the arrival date – 100% refund

• Reservations cancelled up to 5 days prior to the arrival date – 50% charge

• Reservations cancelled less than 5 days prior to the arrival date – 100% charge

• If no prior written communication is made prior to the check-in date, on the next day the reservation will be cancelled as no-show, with no right to request a refund and the vacancy will be given to any other guest interested in the reservation

• If the room you are booking is labeled as non refundable, non cancellable or similar, all cancellations will incur a 100% charge, regardless of the date in which the cancellation is requested

• No refund will be given on Early Departures
